Repair of hole in ceiling
Lease property - The customer had a light moved and needed the hole from the previous light repaired and painted.

Stair Refurbishment
Private customer - Once the walls and woodwork were repainted, I removed the old carpet and installed fresh underlay and new carpeting to complete the refurbishment.

Broken Toilet repair
Leased Property - Cistern block on toilet had cracked causing a significant leak that damaged the flooring and the roof downstairs. Toilet was replaced with a new unit and the cistern stop cock, which was broken, was replaced. The bathroom was then painted and new flooring laid. Downstairs ceilings stain sealed and painted.

Private Children's Nursery - Customer had plumbing work done and needed the walls repaired and painted. This was done with minimal impact on the business.
