Full refurbishment of 2 bed flat.
Leased property - Landlord needed the full property refurbished. This included, painting of ceilings, doors, woodwork and walls in all rooms. The kitchen needed new worktops and cabinet doors, grout and silicone replaced in both bathrooms and kitchen. Property consisted of Hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2x bathroom and kitchen.

Stair Refurbishment
Private customer - 2 bedroom flat paint re-fresh. 2 Bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms had ceiling painted with 2x coats white emulsion, walls in all rooms painted with 2x coats emulsion.
